Blue Leghorn

We have blue, in our opinion these are more prolific layers than most hybrids. They originate from the Italian city of Livorno and were introduced to the UK in 1870. They have a large comb which flops over to one side. They are excellent foragers and are good flyers too. They lay approximately 300 white eggs throughout the year.
