Sussex Star

The Sussex Star is a hybrid mix of pure bred Light Sussex from the best utility stains, and then reared through the hybrid process . They are prolific layers of approximately 280 light brown eggs per year.

The Sussex Star is an extremely docile and friendly chicken and they are generally inquisitive birds which don’t mind been handled, which makes them a great choice of chicken for children. We only get small amounts of these birds each month.
